Question: Revelation 5:9, what about people who are not Christian?

Revelation 5:9 ESV

And they sang a new song, saying, “Worthy are you to take the scroll and to open its seals, for you were slain, and by your blood you ransomed people for God from every tribe and language and people and nation,

This verse is obviously speaking of Christ, with his death on the Cross,  having “ransomed people for God from every tribe and language and people and nation…”.  But my question is this: What about lovers of God from every tribe and language and people and nation… who are not followers of Christ?  What about them?  There are many religions on Earth, are there not?

Well, the follower of Christ will tells us that if you are not a follower of Christ, then you will go to Hell.  but, is this true?

And I say… not so fast, let us reason just a bit. Christ was a “Master” [which is what the term Messiah means]. But Lao Tse, of the Tao, was also a Master.  Daniel was a prophet and Spiritually Enlightened.  In the Sikh religion there are a line of ten Masters, from Guru Nanak to Guru Gobind Singh, all of whom taught not only of God, but also of the “Audible Life Stream,” which in Christianity is the “Holy Ghost”. In the Jewish religion, there is the Zohar, the Book of Splendor. This book introduced the kingdom of the Soul. And on and on…. and, my point?

My point is this, every religion began as a means of trying to hang on to the Spirituality of some Saint, or Prophet, or Master who was himself God-Realized. But when a Master steps out of his [or her] physical body, and leaves this physical plane… the Spirituality of that Master goes as well.

You see, or perhaps you do not “see”… the Kingdom of God is Within ones Soul. No where else, but Within ones Soul. And “Within” means hidden inside of ones Soul;  and ones Spirituality is invisible to everything other than ones Soul.

God is one, and at the same time everything there is, is of God. To Know God, ones Soul [which is an aspect of God] must clear itself of everything that is not God, and only then can one’s Soul join God again.  This is the Goal of every Soul, whether this is known or not?

And the journey of the Soul back to God is a long, long journey, and virtually no Soul goes from human being back to God in one lifetime. Man may see, meet, and know a Master, but no one can KNOW the Spiritual Reality of that Master until one becomes God-Realized oneself. This is just a fact.

So, if you love God, this is what matters most in your life. It is easier to maintain your love of God if you have the help of others in a church, but this is not MANDATORY. Every Soul has a personal relationship to God, and ones Soul must be Initiated [in some lifetime] to began its journey back to God.

So, love God, resist evil, and be patient. God loves you, regardless.

Peace

Brother James
